Is this our last outing in the 'Tintent' this year?

Well it's been a good summer on the whole and we have had a few outings in the 'tintent' but its starting to get cold, we have little holiday left at work and its time to put the van to bed!
We had a prior appointment that bought us back to Arrow Bank campsite near Leominster in Herefordshire. If you look back to my June post we had a smashing weekend there and bumped into an old workmate from the early nineties. This was our prior engagement!
It was good to get back to Arrow bank and to see the improvements this site are making. The new reception area is coming along well and parts of the 'Old part' of the site have had minor repair and changes.
The static section has been improved with roads and landscaped island flower beds being laid and the new field with man made lake is really coming along!
If you want a nice friendly site with near perfect amenities this could be for you? Amazingly, I reckon half the touring section is taken up by seasonal campers!
Bearing in mind it is October, the weather was unduly kind to us, it only rained at night and the sun shone during the day allowing barbecues/teppanyaki's and tee-shirts to be the order of the day!
The picture above is of the village a few hundred yards from the site called Eardisland. Beautiful!!
